Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about this tool
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. You can also pay through PayPal. We do not accept Discover.
Is my logo package a one-time or recurring fee?
The logo package is a one-time purchase. If you decide to purchase a brand kit package, it’s a subscription so you’ll pay an annual fee.
What is the value of my Brand Kit?
If you were to hire a designer to create all of the 300+ designs that we provide, it would cost you around $250,000 (we know, because that’s how much we spent). It would also take the designer about 9 months to create.
Why do I need a subscription?
A logo is just the start of a great brand. Your subscription includes ongoing access to your Brand Kit, which includes 300+ fully customizable, branded marketing materials – all created instantly for you using your logo, colors, fonts, industry photos, and pre-filled with your company information.
Can I just buy a logo without a subscription?
If you only need your logo, then you can purchase one of our logo packages for a one-time fee. Our packages are priced competitively, so you’re still getting great value.
Once I purchase, how do I receive my logo package?
Click the **Download** button on the post-purchase page to immediately receive your logo files. We also send your files via email so you can keep a copy if you need to download it to other computers.
Can I make changes to a logo after I purchase?
After purchase you are free to edit and update your logo as often as you like through the editor. You can change everything except the company name.
Can I purchase a logo if I'm outside North America?
All Looka products are available for purchase internationally. Being in a different country doesn’t affect your ownership; however, we do suggest seeking a legal copyright or trademark for your logo through your local government.
Do I own my logo?
As the legal owner of your logo files, you have full copyright of your logo as a whole, but not the individual elements (e.g. symbols).
