Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes the organization.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract. The Services are intended for business and professional use. You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended your account for violation of these Terms.

Account registration

Certain features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized use. We may refuse registration, reclaim usernames, or verify identity where fraud is suspected. One person or legal entity may not maintain multiple free accounts to abuse limits.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring you have permission to audit or crawl any URL you submit (including client sites)
• Complying with robots.txt, site terms, and applicable laws when directing our crawler
• Reviewing AI-generated or automated recommendations before acting on them
• Maintaining backups of your own data—we are not a backup service
• Content you post in reviews, comments, or support channels

Acceptable use policy

You will use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm GenZe Rank, other users, or third parties. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass rate limits, probing systems without authorization, scraping our site in violation of our robots rules, or using audit tools to attack third-party infrastructure.

Restricted activities

Without limitation, you may not:

• Submit malware, phishing pages, or illegal content for scanning or publication
• Reverse engineer the Services except where law expressly permits
• Resell or white-label the Services without a written agreement
• Use the Services to send spam or misleading SEO guarantees to end clients
• Interfere with security, authentication, or billing systems
• Misrepresent GenZe Rank scores or reports as official guarantees from search or AI platforms

AI-generated results disclaimer

Reports, summaries, and suggestions may be produced using automated systems and third-party AI models. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. GenZe Rank does not warrant that AI recommendations will improve rankings, citations in answer engines, traffic, or revenue. You remain solely responsible for implementation. Subscription and billing terms

Paid plans, if offered, are billed in advance on a recurring cycle (monthly or annual) unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices are shown in [USD] exclusive of taxes unless noted. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension until resolved. Plan limits (audits per month, seats, crawl depth) are described on the pricing page and may change with notice for future billing periods.

Refund rules

Unless required by law or explicitly stated on the checkout page: subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period begins; you may cancel renewal to avoid future charges; if we materially fail to provide the paid Service, your exclusive remedy is a prorated credit or refund at our reasonable discretion. Chargebacks without contacting support first may lead to account closure. EU consumers may have statutory withdrawal rights for certain digital contracts—contact legal@GenZe Rank.com.

Account suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, legal requirement, or extended inactivity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive termination.

Intellectual property rights

The Services, including software, branding, audit methodologies, editorial layout, and compiled data, are owned by GenZe Rank or licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes during an active subscription or while we offer free access. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or written consent.

User-generated content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant GenZe Rank a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, moderate, and adapt that content in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your underlying materials. We may remove content that violates policies or law. See our Editorial Policy for moderation standards.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenZe Rank and its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim or (b) [USD $100]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations—those limits apply only to the extent permitted.

Service availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure events may cause downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced when practicable.

Modifications to the service

We may add, change, or discontinue features. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance where reasonable. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and disputes
