NVIDIA and Oracle announced general availability of NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 and Vera CPUs on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, with plans framed around multi-gigawatt scale expansion.

OpenAI has already trained models on OCI Superclusters with more than 100,000 NVIDIA Blackwell GPUs. The language of “multi-gigawatt” AI campuses shows infrastructure planning now mirrors utility-scale power projects.
